Warranty, Terms & Conditions
The products that Dala’s EV Repair are selling, all have the following warranty conditions.
The warranty length of products is 1 year unless otherwise specified. The warranty is only valid for the individual that purchased the product in the first place, it is not transferable. All products purchased from Dala’s EV Repair are warranted to be defect-free and made with materials and processes that will last the lifetime of the product. This warranty stops to apply to products that have been discontinued/superseded by Dala’s EV Repair for a period greater than 2 years. Used parts that are sold via Dala’s EV Repair are limited to a 90-day warranty unless another warranty time is written on the invoice.
Defective product claims must be returned back to Dala’s EV Repair, so that a replacement can be sent back, or a newer comparable product in its place.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified or improperly installed. This warranty also does not apply to any product that has been damaged or impaired by the purchaser, end user, external forces or through lack of maintenance.
The above warranties are the full extent of the warranties available on the product. Dala’s EV Repair has no liability to the original purchaser or any other person for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the use of the Product or any failure of or defect in the Product whether by general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages of any kind or nature whatsoever. Dala’s EV Repair specifically disclaims and disavows all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of description, warranties of merchant-ability, trade usage or warranties of trade usage.
Some products manufactured by Dala’s EV Repair contain software and/or firmware, which is updated by Dala’s EV Repair from time to time. Some products are sold with a specific firmware for a specific generation of vehicle. The user must ensure the current correct version of the product is applied to the correct generation of vehicle. This warranty does not apply where the Product has been installed with an incorrect software version and the user is solely responsible for the appropriate setup of all user-configurable features.
Dala’s EV Repair reserves the right to amend or replace entirely these terms and conditions, without notice, at any time. Posting the new or amended terms and conditions on the Dala’s EV Repair website is notice to all Buyer’s of the changes contained therein.
